This cheese is made from pasteurised sheep’s milk with “infierno” and matured for a minimum of 5-6 months.
A fiery delight for the palate, this is the spiciest of our spicy cheeses. Its intense, lasting heat is balanced by the unmistakable flavour of our sheep’s milk cheese.
