A classic for the Giusti family, “Il Classico” is a greatly versatile product, used fresh or heated. Of a good density and optimal balance between the sweet and sour, the Balsamic Vinegar is characterized by overtones of mature fruits, licorice, and black pepper, obtained from the long aging in old barrels. Recommended with cooked and raw vegetables, eggs, fish, and white meat. Ideal also for marinating meat and fish.
