characteristic mustard oil.

A special washing procedure using our own specially developed brushes ensures clean, white roots.
Handpicked horseradish.
We are unique in that our employees pick every horseradish root by hand, carefully checking the quality. We harvest
in spring and in autumn, meaning that a part of the harvest can stay in the earth over winter, where the cold ensures
that the horseradish keeps its aroma. This natural cool storage saves both
energy and storage costs.
