Produced in the Lyonnais region of France, this is a smooth
and creamy cheese made from cow’s milk. The rind of
the cheese is first washed with brine and annatto and is
then matured for a minimum of 2 weeks, during this time
the exterior develops an orange, white mottled mould.
Super creamy and oozy! Its bright orange rind refuses to
be ignored, but its delicate sweetness balances the buttery
