Description
The Asiago PDO Fresco of Monti Trentini is a fresh
cheese, mild and pleasant on the palate. It has a soft,
delicate texture and a white or pale straw-like color.
This cheese is made from full-fat milk daily collected in
the PDO area and specifi cally chosen from the stunning
mountain farms of the Trentino and Veneto region in
Northern Italy, which guarantee its high quality and bring
out its delicate fl avor.
