The Meander Valley is nestled in the central north of Tasmania. The Valley generates its name from the meandering river that slowly winds its way from the majestic Great Western Tiers of the Tasmanian Highlands to join the South Esk and finally Tamar Estuary at Launceston. Along the journey the Meander River passes by fertile farmland leaving
an ever supply of water to irrigate the lush pasture.
The Meander Valley plays host to a number of well-established dairy farms with generations of Dairy farming experience. The combination of lush pasture, growing on rich volcanic soils and decades of farming experience results in the production of some of Australia’s finest milk.
