Medium (Aged 4 Months)

Beemster Medium cheese is the most popular cheese in the Netherlands. Buttery and rich, this cheese is aged six months for a ripe and tangy finish. It’s signature golden color, supple firmness, and classic Gouda flavor make it a favorite for both connoisseurs and newcomers, alike.

Aged (10 Months)

Beemster Aged is a rich Dutch cheese made from pasteurised cow’s milk. It is a type of gourmet Gouda, matured for no less than 10 months on traditional wooden boards in Beemster’s historic warehouses. This cheese has a spicy, strong yet well balanced flavour, as the cows are fed faraway from any of the industrial area in the salty North Sea meadows. Its profound, complex taste is underlined by a smooth, rich feel.
