Here, amidst hazelnut groves and vineyards, our exquisite products come to life. Rooted in a family tradition dating back to 1881, our passion and unwavering enthusiasm have remained unchanged. Our production is a testament to the recipes we cherish, passed down through generations, based on local small-scale farming, often transmitted orally, resulting in cheeses made from mixed milk or goat’s milk. Today, we proudly continue the invaluable work of our grandparents, preserving these cherished recipes and sharing them with the world.
